The fix for your meth is a check valve from Devil's Own. It has a 16psi cracking pressure so it can't be opened from engine vac, but pump pressure will push it right open. That's what I used on my KB blower when I spayed pre and post rotor and post TB.

I didn't notice any difference in flow. I'm running the same check valve on my truck for like the last 6-7 years both with the blower and now back with the turbo. Works great and never had any issues with it. Pull the line out of the nozzle and it free flows a lot of fluid, way more then what your nozzles are restriction the flow rate too.

Well I went to pull the power steering pulley off to install the 8rib one and the puller freaking ripped the lip right off the pulley without it budging....so it looks like my best bet is going to be to buy another pump and just install my 8rib off the bat. Also the idler pullies look to be the wrong offset for the whipple bracket (they sit back too far). Always something.

I've learned so much more about the Whipple since you've gotten it. I never had the time with my job being the way it is, so I'm going to be fixing that issue in the next month or so.
