I hope I'm not late for work!

I was having problem with my boost activated cutout. It was wearing the hole out where the shaft rides. The blade was opening up very fast and they do not use a restrictor. I actually made my own to slow it down. I will say it doesn't take much of a hole to make it open faster. I would be concerned if it starts slamming opened or closed that it doesn't cause damage to its self. If it isn't slamming, you will more than likely be happy with the results. My cutout is working great now.

I dont know if KB and Whipple use the same bypass valve actuator but mine is referenced from the lower manifold and does not have a restrictor in the inlet (full bore on hose barb).

So I drilled it out to 1/16" and reinstalled it and everything is great, I got my 7.5 pounds haha! Not sure if it wasnt installed correctly the first time or if drilling it out slightly helped that much but all is good. Next move is finish putting on the 8rib pullies and the 3" blower pulley for maybe 10psi or so.
