Nope, everything's fine. I did the math, you're actually making 547hp at idle.

I think the bypass actuator on the back of the blower may have a leak so its not fully closing, so I plan to take that off and dick with/replace it.

Vacuum behind the throttle body was pulling it through the pump and hose. Pretty substantially too. I have heard of this being an issue, but short of putting a solenoid near the nozzle I think the only work around is putting the nozzle in front of the TB. Not a huge issue just not as clean.

So I took off the bypass actuator thing...the reference lines has a very small orifice in which to allow air in and out of the bellows. This makes response very slow to close the valve. I even hooked up the line to my air compressor and 60psi still takes a good second to full close. I am going to try and drill that out some and see if that helps the responsiveness, probably from a 0.005" hole to .015" or so (smallest bit I have).

Wait so you had it after the TB? No wonder.

I believe that the spring closes the valve. Vacuum holds it open.

I was going to plumb my meth after the TBs as well, but that requires a solenoid which adds another potential point of failure, according to Julio(Alky Control).

Yea, spring closes the valve, but the spring can only expand it as fast as air can fill it depending on the spring rate. I dont see an obvious way to take it apart and put in a heavier spring, so next option is let it get rid of the vacuum faster. If that is not satisfactory then I will reference it under the rotors instead of after the TB to be able to put positive pressure on top of it to help close it faster.

I have a meth solenoid actually, just dont really want to install it.

Interesting you found that. I saw this little thingy on Superchargersonline and kinda wondered what it did... Sounds like your doing the same thing with your whipple.
