Do our trucks also have a freezestat on the evaporator? I assume they must but can't remember for sure. Don't forget about that switch as well.

Thats what the low pressure switch on the drier/accumulator is for I believe; to keep the evaporator from freezing.

You may be right. From my experience the low pressure switch usually trips at a much lower pressure than 32 degrees saturated so its intended use is more to protect the compressor from loss of charge than it is to keep the evaporator from freezing. That is why I was thinking there must be a freezestat somewhere on the evaporator.....

Edit: just found this picture after searching around a bit. Looks like its located on the top of the duct work assembly.....

Well got it working and drove around today. First issue was the meth was being wicked (substantially) through the pump enough that it was forming water on the outside of the blower it was so cold

Second thing is truck drives just fine but the blower with the OD crank pulley and 3.4 blower pulley makes a whole 2 psi of boost

If boost is a measure of restriction, then your engine has like NO restriction at all. So you've gotta be like 1000hp at the wheels already

So I take that back, its actually a 3.25" blower pulley haha. The log says 2psi but my boost controller/gauge said 3psi so lets call it 2.5!

All the coolers:

Basically finished engine bay except I need to make an elbow for the throttle body and filter (mounting directly on the blower wont work, not enough room) and hook up the rest of the AC lines. I also want to get rid of that stupid whipple coolant res for one thats fits in the second battery tray.

Heres what I mean about condensation being on the throttle body and intake tube from the meth being wicked in. Idle was wanting to pull 50% of fuel out. It was basically idleing on meth Keep in mind it was probably 90 degrees in my garage.

Actually something seems wrong, it should be close to 8psi with that pulley...guess its time to check for leaks!
