That looks really good! Can't wait to see what it does. So they bent tubing and then did some precision hole drilling for whatever size shot you asked for? How much did you ask for? What will the flow be total for each (nitrous/meth). Could you not fit 8 small nozzles with 1/8 of the total flow just above the ports for each? (They probably would have done so if they could I guess. Just curious.)
Edit- next rev could have the blocks that hold the tubes machined into it. They could machine 2 grooves at 2 depths with a ballnose and then they would just need to be held in place. I am thinking a mating part with a small screw or something. Good work!

Yea, could have done indiviual ports but that would have been a lot more expensive and a lot more parts, this is fairly simple with just 1 nitrous and 1 fuel connection point. I told them I wanted a 250hp shot with alcohol, so the fuel holes are about twice as large as gas. Not sure how much total this spacer could support with a big enough jet in the front, more than I want to run probably.
I didnt know they were going to use those blocks, looks like that just tig'd it on there. The spacer is essentially a 2D part; maching the groove for the oring was a job in itself. If I make any more the whole thing will be CNC.

Oh I see, so you just jet the connection point for whatever size shot/alcohol flow you want. Which, if I'm understanding correctly means that your upper limit for shot size is the tube holes and lower limit is the jet?
Yeah, it does look like they TIG'd them. I was saying you could just have those blocks left on there already if you do make more and have it CNC'd. Lol, I was assuming you will be making more. I am interested and madmann just got his whipple installed too so I'm sure there could be interest there as well. If not for the nitrous side of it, for the post rotor/direct port meth injection part of it.

Well on todays episode of what did he draw I made a 8rib whipple pulley with some minor tweaks. I doubled the thickness of the mounting flange and also made it 1/8" deeper to sit more over the top of the hub so there isnt as much bending stress on it. Cutouts also reduced in size to make it a little stronger. The diameter as shown is 2.7".

the fuel jet would be tiny to hold back 150 psi. tiny holes are more likely to become stopped up with gunk/trash. fuel jets that are stopped up make really loud bangs. this is part of the reason that stand alone fuel systems are typically built as a 5psi setup. larger jets are less likely to get plugged, and it also open your tuning window having a regulator inline. instead of jet changes, you can adjust fuel pressure for the fine tweaks.

There is a filter on the meth feed line, but point taken. I also got a filter for the nitrous line.
Good point about tuning with fuel pressure as opposed to jets. At 150-200psi it becomes relatively insensitive to pressure changes because its so high. A good thing about meth is the tuning window is huge compared to gas. You can massively over fuel with alcohol and it will still run and not loose much power or misfire.
I bought a 150psi normally open pressure switch from amazon I am going to use a fuel safety switch. I think I can use the test button to prime the system so theres no air.
The spray bars will do a 300hp shot max, after that the holes would need to be resized to flow more. The fuel holes are already sized for meth.
