If you look close in the pin pic above you will see a little hole around the middle. I soldered the wire to the start of the connector, as well as filled that hole inside the connector as well so inside it should be a solid chunk of metal.
I ordered a bottle heater today, figure thats the last thing I will need, hopefully ever

I went with the nitrous outlet wrap thing. $60 cheaper than the nitrous express one and I'm not sure why. I figured it would have plenty of time to heat up on the way to the track.
Those heated stands are cool, but I don't have room for that where I have my bottle.

What heat and amp rating is that connector/pins rated for?
Link to crimp charts since you guys were talking about it

Edit: Found that connector is rated for 13amps. If that isn't enough a 12way GT280 is rated up to 25 and GT150 is up to 15amps

Yea 13amps. The nitrous solenoid is the largest load and it's 11amps and won't be used for more than 10 seconds at a time. I could've run 2 lines in parallel if I had a need to.

Got the truck back together this weekend and put a couple hours worth of driving on it. This thing gets awful gas mileage
I havent actually measured it (purposefully), but you can tell it drinks gas. Everything went fine after I fixed a leaking valve cover and got all the air out of the intercooler. I also swapped in a 160 degree tstat from a stock one I was using earlier. I was able to use the same belt with the spacer, just raised the moveable idler up some to make some slack.
The tune overall wanted about 5-10% more fuel everywhere especially part throttle, which I found interesting. The AC condensor also really impacts radiator performance, more than I expected actually. Never had a heat problem, but with it just sitting temps would climb to the 190 range with the fans on low, and drop to the 170s 180s when driving.
I also discovered the burst disk on one of my bottles was leaking so I lost most of a bottle of nitrous without ever using any. Fixed now but thats irritating. I got my blanket kit in also.
I all I have left is wiring stuff for the nitrous. I am going to put the intercooler pump on a switch so I can turn it off if I want to instead of it running whenever key is turned to run. I am going to add switches for the purge, heater blanket, and master arm. They will all fit on the left by the vent.
I also plan to finish the new coolant tank soon to get that out of the way to over by the big hole in the fender in the secondary battery tray.
Changing jets on the spacer plate is going to be a pain in the *** because its so hard to reach and theres a lot going on there. Not a huge deal, just wanted to complain about it.
