Havent tried the nitrous yet, but did get my 2.7" pulley I designed and fits awesome if I do say so myself. The really good thing is I can make whatever diameter and rib count I want now pretty easily.

Also that adaptor to use TVS pullies on the whipple came out super nice as well.

And just for giggles since I am doing a lot of work on another guys truck, I thought this would be fun pic

That last pic is awesome.
Looks like the blower pulley may need to be shimmed out every so slightly. Its in set just barely, and the outer lip of the pulley is slightly fatter than the alt pulley. I would guess its in about half a rib or so.
What was the diameter of the last pulley? 2.9? This should be a lot more fun!
I would guess it launches a lot harder with the added boost off the bottom.

The pic is a little deceiving. Yea there is a gap from the front face of the pulley, but if you measure from the first rib to the bar the alignment is within 0.01". I made the sides of the pulley extra tall to make sure the belt stays on there a little better. The whole point of this was so I wouldnt have to shim anything
Yea the last one was 2.9. Havent tried the new one yet.
