I say run a return style regulator inline on your meth line and arm the meth pump with the nitrous activation system. a solenoid past the regulator and you're in business as long as the meth pump supplies a steady 5-8 psi.

Since i know you like your gauges... I have actually been thinking about getting this gauge to monitor my METH pump output... putting the sensor right after the pump out fitting.

2-1/16" Pressure Gauge 0-200psi (w/ warning). Auto Warning Light From Speedhut.

My thought was see what pressure the meth pump makes then jet accordingly so it flows what I want it to. It will be somewhat interative but should converge quickly. This why I have known pressure, and don't have all the extra stuff like a regulator and return line.

Nope, just the pump is PWM controlled to produce a certain pressure.

Why not let the pump eat and let it go at 150psi and just jet down so it flows what I need it to? I can have the pump turn on at 0psi and/or an rpm range. I can have it come on before the nitrous so it has a chance to prime the line before the solenoid.

That's pretty good, but not totally needed all the time unless you are just curious. That's exactly what I did when I tested my whole meth system with different nozzles (See stickied thread in the FI section).

Finally got my spacer machined for an o-ring. If I make another one it will be CNC'd. The taper on this piece is a little disappointing considering what I paid to have it made on a waterjet. The guy that cut the groove could do the straight portions easy, but the corners he had to do by hand. This should work for now but there is certainly room for improvement with the whole thing.

I am picking up some unused nitrous stuff from mitch this afternoon (couple bottles, solenoids, lines, etc.) but will still need a controller and spray bars installed in the spacer. I keep going back and forth on if I want nitrous express or nitrous outlet to do it. The stuff from mitch is nitrous express (not that it matters), and they also answered my emails while outlet didnt.

Not too shabby!

It will be great to see what kind of gains the increased plenum volume alone adds.

I know its not cheap but I'm still over here voting for a smaller pulley to turn this up a notch.

Yea I thought about having the same guy make a stout waterpump pulley also but he hasn't emailed me back...
