Why dual wastegates? Is that to control boost creep?

To control boost at all...the least I can run now is like 20psi, I would be fine with 6 or 7.

Pretty sure I'm going to need to run dual waste gates on mine too. I have the trick manifold which I think is only a 38mm waste gate flange. I have a feeling it wont let me run much below 10psi if I ever wanted.

Well finally got the truck back after having the new pipes made. Dual 50mm gates dumped by the passenger wheel. Completely divided setup right up to the turbo, and the exhaust housing is divided as well. EGT is in the driver side. I have gone back and forth about ceramic coating and wrapping and the way I see it the ceramic coating really just helps with corrosion and not heat rejection. Everything is now 306 stainless except for the cast manifolds. No welds on those so I am not worried about those corroding. Manifolds will be double wrapped and everything else will be wrapped once.

You guys that dont wrap you pipes, I dont know how you deal with all the heat. Mine gets so hot I cant hold my hand under the hood.

Took one test drive once I drove it 2 hours home to test out the functionality, but it got cut short because a plug wire wasnt on the whole way and literally fell off the plug. With 6psi springs and no reference on the gate it held boost to around 10psi, so with reference it should be 5-6 so perfect. Lag seems to be less but I havent thoroughly tested it yet.

I plan on moving the battery back to the stock location since that corner needs the most weight. Also plan on possibly making a better bracket for the coils.
