Laughing at the blower, or laughing with it?

Think you can get a 10 second pass blower only? That would basically require a 7 second flat 1/8 mile pass.

I mean, I might be at the 650hp level and the engine was happy making 1000-1100ish with the turbo, so I dont really think its stressed. Might be different went I hit it with the sauce in addition to the boost though.

I think I could get a 7.0 if I can make it hook in 2wd with a looser converter and loose some weight (especially the 400lb of gravel in the bed currently).

Is this your new version of traction? Just add more weight to the bed and then add more power?! HAHA

Just fill the ladder rack with cement.

Actually what you do is add cement to the inside of the tailgate.

It prevents theft and is also not noticeable in maintaining that sleeper look.

I went the more direct route

Literally cost me more in gas to go get it than to pay for it. Two tractor bucket loads for $10.

Your wife....

If my 6000lb turd will run 11.5 with a inop intercooler pump and scorching IATS on a stock LQ4 then you should be able to hit a 10 without issue. Make it happen! Lol

God I remember my battle to the 10's. I was track to track making passes and getting kicked out everywhere and it always seemed to end the same way, 7.0's in the 1/8 and 11.0's-11.teens in the 1/4. My truck refused to run a 10 unless it was 6.99 or better in the 1/8. Then again, my back half's, while not totally weak, weren't much to write home about gaining about 25 mph on the back half.

In the end the best I could muster was a few 6.60's.
