I ordered an XR1 for my truck. It's the 15" case length, 3" in/out one. How is this going to sound? I've never really heard one before but heard there very loud but have a nice sound though.

 

i have no clue about the sound but when i get back home i will be getting my new setup put on the yukon which consist of a 3" XR1 with a 12" case

Don't know about an XR-1 on a truck, but my Borla Stinger catback on the vette sure sounds good

 

I have the XR1 15" case. At idle it's not too loud, but with any RPM's above that it gets pretty loud. I have a 5-speed with 410 gears and it gets annoying at about 2000 RPM's while cruising. It does sound good though.

 

I dont know how it would sound, but when you get it on there, get us some clips if at all possible. I would like to know...
