Default L33 799 Head rebuild w/cam upgrade

250k mi truck with some sticky lifters. I figure, if I'm going to replace the lifters, I may as well rebuild the heads and swap the cam. I tow frequently, so I'm going to use a truck cam. It also needs a new oil pan gasket, so I'm going to pull the entire motor and put it on an engine stand. I got a new daily driver just for this. As far as I know, the engine is stock. I'll be really surprised if I see I'm not the first one in it.

Check it out, see if I've missed anything. This list is a result of searches between this forum, the LS1 forum, and Richard Holdener's YT videos.

2006 L33/799 Z71 Unicorn w/ factory E-fan, 3.42 gears, NVG261 Tx Case, PosiTrac LSD, 275/70/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers

L33:
Upgrade intake (TBSS/NNBS?)
Upgrade TB to match intake
Injectors (if needed for intake)
Long tube headers
CAI
Melling high flow oil pump
Cam Retainer/Thrust plate
Push rods (if needed)
Knock sensors while I have the intake off?

799 Heads:
Port & Polish
Replace valves
Replace lifters
Replace lifter tray
Upgrade rockers
LS6 Blue valve springs
Replace valve stem seals

Cam short list:
-BTR Stage 2 Truck cam
-Summit Truck cam (8718 low light, 8719 high lift)((would love to hear some experience with either cam))
-Crane TruckMax 210/218
-CamMotion 6.0 Stage 2 Truck

Are there any cam companies I'm missing? I'm not ordering any parts until I have it taken apart and can assess the damage. This list is just the, "while I have this off.." or the "I'd rather have a new one than try to clean this part."

My goal is to keep the OE trans and converter. Knock on wood, trans is still running strong. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it, though. I have no intention of racing, but a little fun never hurt anyone, right? I tow my bass boat frequently, and long distance over mountainous terrain. Looking for more low-end torque, more power for hills/mountains, and hopefully better towing fuel mileage. As it sits, I can't pass a gas station pulling my boat.

So....am I missing anything? I have no idea what to expect putting it on a dyno. I'll dyno it with my tires, ready to tow, before and after rebuild for comparison.
