Well, a new muffler anyway. I couldn't stand the oversized, overly quiet stocker anymore. I really, really wanted something different. Seems as though most everyone has Magnaflow, Flowmaster or Hooker. I've got a Hooker on my Z28 and love it, but the Z has long tubes and an ORY so that helps with the Hooker, I was afraid it would be too quiet on the Silvy with cats still in place. I decided on the Flowtech Terminator 3" in/out on my stock exhaust. I had a pair of Terminators on 2.5" duals on my '64 Chevelle a few years back and absolutely loved the deep tone they have and they didn't sound like anything else anyone had. I haven't had a chance to drive it much yet, but I'll update after a few days with it on there. So far I must say I do like it. There is a slight bit of interior resonance around 55ish MPH, but it's not really bad at all. If I'd had the radio on I probably wouldn't have noticed. Overall it has a deep, mellow tone until I got WOT, then it sounds quite nice
It never seems to get too high pitched or at all raspy.
The video is; start, idle a few revs, and then a quick part throttle powerbrake so you can hear it under a little bit of a load.

I'm going to find an exhaust tip that I like and install it. I'm deploying pretty soon, so I'm short on funds and have other stuff to worry about right now. The goal right now was to make sure the truck was ready to go for the wife to drive it.
