blackbear harness install issues.

so heres the deal, right now im attempting to install my LS1 fans along with a blackbear harness. when i throw the key to the ON position the passenger side fans comes on high. it doesnt matter if the AC is on or not it just stays on high. the engine takes a super long time to get to operating temp and the drivers side doesnt even get the chance to come on. i know the drivers side works because i switched the plugs with the pass and drivers to check. originally i thought my connection to pin 42 was insufficient so i took it out, lengthened the wire and then soldered a bunch of it cleanly to give it some rigidity so i could push it into position. all my other connections are as follows; lime green wire going up into the fuse panel and connected to the 12v AC wire which is about the same color and size, one ground to the alt bracket, one ground to the batt, and the power to the junction box next to the alt bracket.
i cant seem to figure out whats wrong with the circuit. could it be possible that a relay is bad? i really need some help here guys!

So I'm going to hijack this thread to not create a new e-fan thread. What would cause both fans to run only? LS1 fans with the Blackbear harness.
Hits OP temp, at idle both fans come on. Cools engine temp and the fans go off.
I haven't had a single fan come on by itself (that I know of). When would/should it run on a single fan only?
