imo should if they use those c clips back then. i never had an external on my obs so it was all ran frm the rad.

I don't know if they will fit into the 40k cooler but to remove the lines you pop down the plastic piece which will reveal a metal clip, you just remove that and pull the line down.

Ok, thanks, I see the clip now but how do you get the clip off? Need a special tool?

Well, looks like I will be attacking this weekend. Never put together AN/steel braided lines, so here is what I got:

The vise clamp I cancelled, it is out of stock and won't ship til the 30th, so I'll do it the old fashioned way. I have a pair of 0ga cable cutters to make the cut clean. Anyone think of anything I am missing?

Here is mine. But i might move it under the grill and behind the bumper where that little slot is in the bumper. And honestly guys I think I shoulda bought a bigger thicker cooler from summit instead of this tru cool.

just ordered the custom bracket and the tru cool today. Tranny is acting up now, so buddy is gonna check it out this weekend. Either way, gonna keep the tranny fluid cool

A few times on this thread folks have mentioned a NAPA fitting that supposedly screws into the cooler and connects directly to the GM line.

I got this fitting and I am fairly confused… the fitting from NAPA has a 5/8 NPT end on it… NOT inverted flare…. so I don't see why people are recommending this fitting… am I missing something?
