How simple is it to change on these trucks? It's the truck in my sig. 2004 2wd, my driverside bearing is bad just want to get a scope of the work

It's simple, jack it up, yank the wheel off, take off the caliper and mounting bracket, remove the disc, unplug the ABS and take out the mounting bolts. Reverse procedure and be done. Should only take you about 30 minutes even if you have never done one if you have done any mechanicing before.

+1 to what whitecrewcab said. Only thing I would add is to make sure you have a breaker bar because those bolts that hold the hub and bearing assembly to the knuckle have factory loctite on them and can be a pain to remove without the breaker bar

Not too hard, just did mine last week. Spray some PB Blaster on the bolts and let it soak for 15-30 minutes as they can be tough to break free the first time. Remember the order everything comes off as it's easy to put things back on out of order, then you have to pull everything off again.

Yeah those caliper bolts are on there good! I could not get them with a breaker bar alone, I had to get some heat on it too.

the caliper bracket bolts and the hub bolts are on there good.
and the hub could have some rust build up on the knuckle.. i had to use a hammer to get my driver side one off.

its a easy job.

Just as everyone has said, all bolts are very accessible, but could be on tight. Easy job.
