Okay guys, I've been reading and reading and reading the threads about s/c and t/c. I had narrowed my selection down to 2!! It'll either be a sts turbo or a magnacharer supercharger. I chose sts because I live in CA and still need to be able to pass smog. The Maggy is CA legal and it's a twin screw, it'll give me the low end torque which I really want. Any suggestions on either one? I have a bone stock 5.3l and am going to slap one of these on. Let me know what you think!!

without having mentioned your goals at all, go with the maggie.

 

yea, maggie would be easiest and give you off idle tq

If you plan on keeping the truck stock then I would go with the maggie for sure. Plenty of people with bone stock trucks/trans running 6-8psi with them.
