Default what exhaust/size are you running with Turbo

Im looking at exhaust again. I thought about using my stock catback and a cutout, but now thinking about a 3.5" from the downpipe back. Seen Magnaflow makes a nice 22" long 5x11" 3.5 I/O.

But i want it really quiet!

Thinking about measuring and seeing if 2 will fit, and a resonator somewhere in there, maybe over the axle?

I had a 18" case magnaflow (5x9" i think) after my STS kit and it was above my axle..
A heavy trailer and some bad roads = dented up muffler

but i might just go with 3" and be ok since im not goin to be squeezing all the power out of it. 12# max, ~5# for towing/DD.

What are yall running?

I am currently running 3.5 single all the way back with a 24 inch 4in magna flow. With a nasty blown header leak lol.

i was running the stock catback, with a magnaflow muffler that sam got from me. I had a 3.5 dp and then ran that into a 4" duramax magnaflow exhaust. I made several changes when ole dude in baton rouge tuned my truck cause I went to 10lbs but on 7 and the old exhaust it made 482, then on 10 and new exhaust and tune it made 551. Not sure how much exhaust skewed that number cause tons of changes were made then.

Im goin to take my stock catback off and not chop it up.
prolly just goin to get some 3" and run it out with a few magnaflows. Im goin to try and get it quiet as possible within reason.

Nothing more aggravating to me than towing something or just driving and cant hear yourself think..

Good idea. Also add a cut out if you are wanting to gain the performance, heck for the price of a electric cutout, you could leave the stock catback and put the cutout on the downpipe. You gonna run front mount kb kit or what? Kyle can prolly put the cutout in the mid pipe between the downpipe and the flange for the stock catback and just use vband for that section.....
