Default 20psi 180 IAT's =not that fast

Finally got the belt issues figured out and was able to stand on it without the belt coming off or apart.

Makes a bunch of boost but it isn't that fast. I actually liked the 1900 better. So 20lbs with 15 degrees of timing should be fast right. Mid elevens on my GTech on the single run I used it for. I think that's slow for this setup.

Wish I would have kept the 1900 and just squeezed a 100 shot on it. Would have had a 10 second truck without all of the b.s. the 2300 has been. To get this setup into the 10's I feel like I'll need a 30% downhill grade.. I should be happy that I didn't loose another belt and/or pulley today I guess.

If anyone is interested I'm thinking of ditching the 2300 and going to a centri. All offers considered

belt issues shouldn't be any better pushing a centrifical charger that hard.

I feel your pain.. 18-20 psi didn't feel like I thought it should on the turbo->supercharger compound setup I had on the truck. Now its gonna have a turbo (BW S480) and a little laughing gas to help spool, or might even spray the whole run depending on what I get out of it.

Modify the fuel system and run E85, it won't care about 185 degree IATs. It will probably like 20 psi and 20 degrees of timing.

Just guessing the weight of your truck but it sounds like you are in the 700RWHP range with that ET. No torque reduction at launch with the 6L90E I presume. How fast are you ramping the timing down to 15*? What was the starting IAT?

I am running over 20psi of boost in warmer temps then you with more timing and dont see IAT's like that. Think maybe you need to look at the build and find the cork you are trying to push through. Likely an exhaust issue to see temps like that, uncork the exhaust and make sure your fueling is good and try again.

Maybe the issue with your engine temps is also compounding the issue with your build!
