It was an o2 code bc I punched my cats out the tune was suppose to have that so it didn't pop up which it did for a while then all if a sudden it's all messed up, I called my tuner and explained it and he said its not the tune but I believe it is

You can not have a good tune suddenly go bad.
If things were running good and suddenly they started running bad, it is because something changed.
Could be related to punching the cats out, or related to your tranny going out.

The cats were punched out b4 I got the tune and the trans shifts perfectly under light throttle and any thing under wot, the truck was just at the dealer ship for body work idk if they hooked the tech 2 up and did something or why they would even touch that but after I picked it up that's when it started I also noticed my sub was turned all the way up along with my radio

Sounds like somebody at the dealership unhooked something do a good go over to see if all is plugged in and I would call them and tell them that who ever drove your truck blew up your stereo

I don't see a tune changing. Sounds like two differnt problems. The idle might be the tune. The transmission problem sounds like a issue with the transmission.
