Default reduced engine power code HELP

i just finished p&p my TB on my 04 5.3 and i put it back on and started it. It sounded like it was missing for about two seconds and then it was idling a little high and then "reduced engine power" came up on the display. I unplugged the bettery and im letting it sit for a while and im gonna go try it again. What could it be?

Did you take off the senors when you port and polished it?
Make sure the contacts are clean and that nothing got into the motor for the throttle and the tps sensor . Check all wires

i didnt take it apart bc its riveted together and i didnt feel like messing with the return spring. i had the idle air control motor hole blocked with a piece of plastic so i dont think anything got in there. ill check it out though. thanks for the input. i really need to figure this out bc i need to go back to college tomorrow
