Default Convert .cal to .bin or .tun?

I found a tune for a 2004 LQ4 Silverado with a manual transmission. I would like to convert it to a format that EFILive will work with.

The extension will need to be changed to .cal on the attached file, forum doesn't like .cal extension and .zip is limited to 100kb

I know the EFI admins can convert a tune to .bin but i am not sure if they will do the other way. Post up on that forum. They converted one for me a little while ago

I did post on the EFILive forum

This manual transmission truck tune thing is a freakin unicorn

I think the way it would work is you open the .cal in Jet DST and save as a .bin and then EFILive can read it as a .bin, then when I save from live it will be a .tun

If the Vin is valid, I can pull the calibration later tonight.

Thank you very much! What is the public release that you are leading on about? Is that the new TuneFileDepot or something?

Your welcome!

The Public release is in reference to the EFI Live Software release. Some older versions will not work with new versions when trying to read tune file.
