You talking about the eraser wheel? I have used it countless times on trim pinstripes and emblems. Works great just makes a BIG mess. Doesn't harm the paint at all. I would use that before going to any kind of solvent or something like that. The wheels can be bought at the auto parts store for about $30 I think but last a long time. Just use any normal drill and does the job great. What I have done is used the eraser to get almost everything off and go with a detail spray and a micro fibre towel afterwards to get any left over residue.

Just a reg cordless drill will work... Nothing special is needed at all. You will see it doesn't take much speed or effort for it to work. Really easy. Moderate pressure is all that is needed too, you don't have to put a lot of force. Once you try it and get a feel for it you will see what I'm talking about and how easy it is.

yes it makes a mess i have one and its a royal pain just use a heatgun or in some cases some laquer thinner
