when it comes to air suspension.......you get what you pay for. you can find shops that do it for $2500 but more than likely you will have air line leaks or the bag mounts are not right, or something rubbs on the bag and blows out. ect ect. (**** they should check before the truck goes out the door)
and GOOD shop will charge anywhere from $3500-$6000. or you can go the expensive route and go to a shop like extensive and get a full frame built.........but that is REAL pricey

do research and see what shops do what kind of work. where are you located? i know some fair share of good shops

depends on what shop you go to for the kit, or if you get them to do it, ekstensive out of houston does the best work i have ever seen, but dont expect to save money, quite pricey but they do sick work. but if you just buy their kit and do the work yourself, youd maybe take a grip or two off depending on what you can get hooked up with. if you dont know how to weld or fabricate..dont do it yourself

Ekstensive FTMFW. Bill and his guys are quite possibly the greatest in the world at what they do. I am biased because Im friends with him and his guys but anybody that can take a $90,000 truck, cut it in half and section a piece in then put it back together and have a GM executive say "How did you get a triple cab Kodiak, we dont even offer one of those?" is a bad ****. There are tons of other shops that do awesome work and a few of them do some work that could be Ekstensive quality, but Bill always seems to do something that one ups everyone.

Asking how much it costs to bag a truck is like asking how much it costs to make a truck "fast"

One could realistically do a full setup for $2000, but if you're asking this question you aren't going to be able to come close to that. At $2000 you would have to fab up your rear link setup from scratch and do all the fabricating yourself. You'd have to run just cups on stock arms up front, 3/8" valves and run a single compressor/tank setup.

Now realistically I would expect to spend at least $4000 and that's on the low side. Running a KP 6 link, dual compressors, drop spindles for the front, tubs, notch cover, air management, and 1/2" quality valves is going to run you at least $4000 in just parts alone and most likely closer to $5000 when everything is said and done.
