Gotcha. We primarily drive my gfs car so I don't really need to worry that much. That being said, I'll also tune it for gasoline and it can be changed as needed.

What waste gate are you using?

If you're wanting anything more than that turbo can produce you're going to want to go to T6 pipes and housing anyway. Your exhaust will be a big restriction and you'll be seeing sky-high pre-turbine back pressure readings. The bigger flange will be the difference, that compressor side will do plenty

Why not go with dual wal bro 400's? They will get you further as far as power goes. And you won't have to worry about fuel pressure dropping

Question is, will they fit in the 99-02 fuel bucket. I know the return bucket is significantly smaller than the returnless ones. Now I'm even wondering about a single Walbrp 450. It's similar to the 400, but rated for E85.

I'm just going to go with the single 450 for now. Should fit well in my bucket. I've seen pics of the 2 255s in the bucket and one side of it gets hacked off for the necessary clearance. A quick google search reveals people getting upper 600s to the wheel on ethanol with this pump. It will be pretty economical too. $180 for the pump and install parts (eBay), $77 for the racetronix Hotwire harness, and 20 for a foot of gates submersible fuel hose.

If I ever need more fuel than that I can consider a second pump, but will probably switch to the newer bucket and gas tank for the extra room.

Something to keep in mind. 2 fuel pumps in a small bucket might fit in the bucket, but there won't be much fuel in the bucket anymore. When fuel demand is high, the bucket will empty fast.

If you do that, I'd recommend modifying the bucket (holes) to keep those pumps submerged at all times. But then you'll never want to get lower than 1/4 tank of fuel either.

Sounds feasible. I made it to 12psi with a 76/68, 5.3, small cam, on E85 with a 340 pump...

If you outgrow the 450 why not just go with a single good pump instead of adding a second pump? Less chance of a problem.
