My neighbor used to get pissed when my exhaust was open. I would only open my cutouts when i entered the neighborhood. haha It used to make me laugh.

Glad you found the leak. How much boost are you expecting to run?

How much boost do you plan on turning it up to? After you get your fuel system done

I'm planning to give it whatever the LQ9 can handle. You guys got to remember, this isn't exactly a typical turbo setup with this high of compression. I debated lowering compression, changing cam, etc. but I figured I'll just run it as is. I happen to think it's going to work great, with E85 helping. If for whatever reason the LQ9 lets go, I'll probably just throw in a stock junkyard 5.3.

I also thanked KB for the kit. He has a great product bottom line, fitment was absolutely perfect.

Now I just need to get a full exhaust on this thing. I was set on full 4". But I was looking at the location of the end of the downpipe and it's relationship to the trans xmember and there is clearance for weeks. 5" would fit no problem and it has me thinking if it would be worthwhile over 4". My only worry would be where the pipe has to weave by the driveshaft x-member it would be pretty close to the ground with me being dropped. I'll probably just go 4", but just throwing out some ideas here.

Will that turbo go that far with a 6.0? I heard 16psi is where that turbo chokes out. But regardless should be sick!

Yeah, Jake mentioned that the 475 will only be good to 750 and that was the t6 version. I'll just upgrade to a larger t4 turbo if I get to that point.

Now, I decided to be completely unoriginal and go with dual walbro 255. BlackGMC has a nice thread covering the install.

I am still tuning mine, but i am at 8psi now and at 4k one walbro is enough. I have my hobbs switch unplugged for the second pump. the hobbs switch i have is a 4psi switch. I am going to order a 7psi one... I think kicking on that second pump at 4psi will be too much even with a -6 return line and aeromotive FPR.

Also my FIC 1000cc injectors are only at 33% IDC at 4400

Gasoline or e85? I'll be using e85 so I'm definitely going with dual pumps.
