1:1 up to what pressure? Some may not go as high as you are asking them to with a 4 bar base and 20+ PSI.
I agree that if there is no pressure loss the issue is in the injectors, not in the pumps or line. Thats not to say a larger line wouldnt help, but it doesnt seem thats your biggest issue at this point.
Also, the calculator I use (not that I think its the only accurate one, but I always use it to keep things apples to apples) says 5k and 130 is about 850 to the wheels

George, use your brain a bit. Duty cycle is only affected by line size if there is a pressure drop from the pump to the rail. My FP gauge is showing appropriate pressure given 1:1 rise from 4 bar base. Therefore, stock 3/8 line isn't causing any significant restriction. Line size is only a problem when you have fuel pump(s) that cannot overcome the pressure drop inherent to the line. Whatever issue Parish had is irrelevant to me as he didn't have the 450 pumps at his disposal. They are extremely stout pumps.
Believe thunder550 also had issues with stock lines
If you say a 3/8 line is more then enough for the volume of e85 at say 800 then my hat is off to you...thats on same page as saying a intake swap nets no gain

Guys, I never brought up the IDC thing as an issue. I was just using it to illustrate how much more power I'm making now versus the old setup.
Regulator can do up to 70 psi base with 1:1 rise above that with no limit AFAIK.
George, if you honestly believe I'm making 800 rwhp and that my fuel lines are restricting with no fuel pressure drop then more power to you.

What is your fuel setup again? Just one 450 or do you have 2? What injectors?
My spreadsheet thing I made in the fuel sections says the 450 on e85 will max out at about 600rwhp at 60psi base, be about 1200rwhp with two.
Also says it will have about a 5-6psi drop at full go with 2 pumps, and about 1-2psi drop with one pump.

Nobody said an intake swap would net no gain. Nobody. We just briefly explored the science behind the gains to be had from an intake swap and concluded that the gain would be minimal, hence Michael's reasonable decision not to swap intakes. This is all on the same thread where it was claimed that a 3mph trap speed gain requires just 30whp. So if I trap 150, say I dump in an additional 300whp, I'll trap 180? Right?
