Yeah, it's still like a bad dream, can't get the bad taste out of my mouth.

Now that I know how badass these D10s look in person, I need to get the 17x7" fronts and get rid of these factory boat anchor 20s.

When I do get the fronts, I will be taking them to a high end auto shop with the Corghi touchless machine. I had already looked all this up months ago, but for some idiotic reason got the idea in my head that DT could do the job.

shop that mounted my fronts had a machine that only had rubber seals i guess you could all them. Had a stem and it had 2 rubbers [top/bottom] and that is how it secured the rim in place...tire just fell into place

Sucks to hear about the wheel man!

I had new tires put on my centerlines when I bought them and the DUMBF**K who put the tires on thought the center caps came in through the back of the wheel. Well they go on from the front of the wheel with an o-ring. He tried using a screwdriver around the edge to pop them through. He finally figured out they went on from the front and proceeded to knock them out of the wheel with said screwdriver and they all fell right on the floor as he did it. So now I have scratches and screwdriver marks on the caps and rough spots around the edge of the wheel where the caps seat.

I'm over it, nothing i can do about it now.

Anyways, I am all set up to shatter my PB this weekend if all goes well and I don't break down. Tune is on point. All I need to do is just get off the line cleanly and I should be good to go (easier said than done!)

Edit: Retorqued the spring clamp bolts shy of 120 lb/ft. I don't see those moving anymore. I also clearanced the plate at the corners with the cutoff wheel for extra clearance to tire.

Also, here's a shot of the Wheels from the side with the 315s. I'm VERY happy with the 6.5" backspace. Even with the wider 315s they don't stick out unnecessarily and clearance to the leaf is great obviously versus my prior 7.25" BS wheels. (If anyone knows a good body guy in Houston please let me know!) When I buy the front Bogarts I plan to buy all 4 billet centercaps as well as new Mcgard lugnuts. For the time being I am using the stock lugnuts because last time the tech gave me a hard time about my rubber valve stem and I do believe you are supposed to have open lug nuts so they can confirm thread engagement.

Caltracs installed with overloads removed (dropped rear by 0.75"). I'm hoping these do the trick for me at the track to get those 60s I need to go 10s. I set them up with 2 flats of preload and in the bottom hole (3 hole version).
