Guys, 21 psi on a 6.0 should be around 900+ whp. I'm actually amazed that the injectors have gone this far. I'm still running stock fuel lines and filter and I don't think they're hurting me in any significant way. The walbro 450 pumps have the ability to push thru.

That was my thought...also impressed those injectors are going as far as they have. What lambda value do you target?

Is it safe to assume you dont have a fuel pressure gauge?

I do (electronic), which I log thru the EGR.

FP is good at WO.

Smoke, my target EQ ratio is 1.35. Thus, lambda of ~.74

I'm happy with my AFR in the 7.2-7.5:1 range.

130 trap and 5k raceweight. That's on 17 psi from a smaller turbo with IATs double what I'm seeing now. The track is my dyno.

And regarding the stock fuel lines, where is your evidence they're hurting me?

Its been posted for years dating back as far as parish how stock lines became a issue around 700 but now youre on e85 and saying its fine

Duty cycle is also effected by line size

But with that logic my -12 feeding my pump is gonna be overkill

George, use your brain a bit. Duty cycle is only affected by line size if there is a pressure drop from the pump to the rail. My FP gauge is showing appropriate pressure given 1:1 rise from 4 bar base. Therefore, stock 3/8 line isn't causing any significant restriction. Line size is only a problem when you have fuel pump(s) that cannot overcome the pressure drop inherent to the line. Whatever issue Parish had is irrelevant to me as he didn't have the 450 pumps at his disposal. They are extremely stout pumps.
