Welp, are you sure you have the polarity on the pump correct? Is the pump directly below the reservoir? Pull some vacuum on the res and see if that helps.

Assuming you do not have pin# 3&4 connected for PWM, pin#1 is +12, pin#2 is GND. This should call for full speed operation.

As for bleeding the system, IIRC the TVS has the intercooler in/out in the front. You could try jacking up the front of the truck while running the pump to purge any air stuck in the back of the IC.

Also be sure to keep the pump away from heat sources as it does have an overtemp protection circuit that decreases rpm to ~2300 for cool off.

I hope its the power stopping and it will work fine when the truck runs.

Is the pump relay wired to the fuel pump signal wire(I think this is per the Magnacharger install guides...at least in the past it was). So it would only run for a few seconds at key on unless the engine is started? Did you try connecting it directly to battery? Or is it running now and just not pumping?

Wiring is good. Temp does not seem to be shutting down the pump as its running when i park the truck and pop the hood after a pull. Water in the tank is flowing and its cool to the touch when I open the tank as well. The intercooler is just flat not working. I wouldnt think I am at its limit, but I guess I can't rule it out either? Who knows.

Maybe I made an error installing the phenolic spacer on this blower and its leaking hot air right onto the sensor. It was a giant pain in the *** on this blower and I had to take it completely apart, so anything is possible.

I will say I am still unimpressed by the flow of this system. Stock SVT lightnings flow more than this does with a bosch pump. It must be the inlet diameter of the IC. Can't really pin it on anything else at this point. Pretty shitty though.

Maybe they forgot to put a divider in the IC core tank...Lol. Is the core sealed to the upper?

Think I will install a pre IC IAT sensor and in/out coolant sensors to see what mine is doing. I am seeing way more heat than you on my IATs. I have my sensor mounted right in my lower.

I am thinking that the increased pressure from the bigger pump(currently running a Meziere which Lingenfelter says is weak) might at least force the coolant to flow more evenly through all the crossflow IC tubes.

I wonder what lining the floor of the lower with a super insulator like aerogel tiles $$$ would do?

Sounds like the intercooler isn't pulling out any heat...

I am planning on doing the same. I bought sensors to add into my aeroforce gauges. I plan on mounting a iat sensor in the intake tube. I also plan on mounting one on the out of my HX and one in the Coolant tank. I just have not had time to wire it all up.

Right. But why is the real question. There is no air in it.

What is your IAT problem exactly? High cruising IATS, high peak IATS, fast IAT rise, slow recovery, etc. ?
