Roger, I'll get a hold of you first if there's something I need harness wise. I fixed that TB plug. Hope it works!!
Anytime I move the harness or PCM around I cringle because the harness is 10 years old and has been subjected to lots of heat as well as the elements over the years. But that's just me being paranoid, I'm sure it will work fine...

Oh and Curt came to the rescue and sent me a bomb-*** harness bracket that will keep the harness off the hot pipes. That as well as a couple misc things that I have ABSOLUTELY no idea what they are for but they look very important!!
Thanks Curt...expect some questions when I get around to using those items!!

Went to see my truck yesterday, hadn't moved in the 10 days since I left it there, and hadn't been touched. Two of the guys' employee's bailed on him and he's been short handed and also had three magazine photoshoots to do so my truck was on the back of the back burner.
He also mentioned he wouldn't be able to get to it till the end of this week at the earliest so....I don't think I'll have my truck finished before I go back to work.
I guess it all depends on how quickly he can finish it and how long it takes me to find another job. I guess that's what I get for waiting two months to start rebuilding my truck.
We'll see, but for now that's where it all stands...truck is just sitting there waiting for some exhaust and cold piping.

dammit jules i need a lift this is the exact kind of work i wouldnt mind doing right now .

but without a lift , f that .

sucks he didnt touch it man . i would have been a little upset since not even a phone call was made but good work is hard to find .

and fyi , your harness should be fine the tb wires getting broken are very common , i replaced quite a few when i worked for gm . i had to do it on my SS as well when i did the x link. Gm thinks its a good idea to make the new pig tail for the tb with all white wires instead of factory color coded.

It's in Chatsworth, close to Brian's old shop at JPA. Brian actually first sent me to him 4-5 years ago for my CCSB. He's $$$ though. But worth it.

Cool, well get a lift than man!!
I like wiring but always go overboard with stuff. I have a propensity to over-tighten bolts, and have the same desires with crimping and soldering.
