I absolutely LOVE the way you have your coils set up, it's such a simple look, yet comes out super slick. The whole project is coming together great, the attention to detail is incredible.
As for the main harness, I can think of a couple ways to get it done, but it won't be in keeping with the look under the hood. From your pics, I can really only see two locations to piggyback a little harness support from, the most likely I'd say would be the accessory bracket closest to the harness. If you have access to sheet metal, it would be a thing you could make in a short time that, IMO, would look good and be functional. I can sketch an idea on one of your pics if you want, just to show you where my mind is at?
Again, awesome build, following it very closely!
....Perhaps something like this?

I can't take credit for all the ideas, most of them are CurtD's!!
I like your bracket idea too! I think I would of make it out of steel, that wiring harness isn't heavy per-say but all the wires are reluctant to want to move in the direction I want them in. Me three!! Well running that is!

Nuttin new to report!!
I did tow the truck (without incident miraculously) 35 miles to the exhaust shop about 10 days ago. Talked with the owner about what I wanted and haven't heard or spoken to the shop since. For all I know it could be running and in Mexico!!
Gonna stop by there for the first time tomorrow to drop off my DS which they need. I'll take some pics and update tomorrow as I know more.

I didn't use the TDI to tow my truck. Although I'm sure the drivetrain could pull it well enough, the car is a uni-body and the weight of that trailer in tow would most likely rip the bolts out of the underside.
