To be honest I was just gonna leave it like that. Truck sits in a garage and it's not gonna be a DD anymore so I figured I could get away with it. Other than not driving in the rain, what else would I need to worry about by having it exposed to the elements?

A buddy of mine mentioned that drilling a hole that size into the block might overtime cause that block to fracture. Just something to think about.
Also like someone mentioned, there is someone that does in fact make and sell a spacer with a 1/8 fitting on it. Although if you do that, your gonna need a spacer for the hardline attachment on the front of the block too!

Actually I called a few minutes ago and I did get the right ones...luckily and also ordered a .375 for the -6AN lines. I thought about ordering those double hose clamps that you had linked earlier but they have to be ordered and they won't do so until the 7th so I'm just gonna clamp them all individually but right next to each other.
