Lookin good bro. How are you doing the fuel lines? I am thinking about dead heading mine to the regulator in, then out to the fuel line input, and return back to factory line. I don't see any reason it wouldn't work personally. Thoughts? Your plans?

I appreciate the tip on the vacuum line also. Saves me a little time once I get...... some time....... FML

Well to get the bad boy up and running on boost I have a couple options here..
-option 1: I plan on usin a boost referencing regulator, set my base fuel press at 40-45psi and reference the manifold **pass side front nipple on blower** my injectors are 205lb/hr at 3 bar (because I like to party) run a boost a pump Kenne bell 40a@ 17v on a hobs to a single 450 in tank, factory lines on e85 this will work on my setup because my injectors are pretty much fire hoses. Yours may differ..

- option 2: same as above except dual intank pumps, with a Hobbs turning the second pump on

-option 3: stare at the truck in disgust, drink beer, and race drag week 12.80's n/a on pump gas and do blower this winter

I talked to Andy @ Squash Performance he is more or less setting me up with all the components to do dual 267 e85 pumps in the factory sender. Super nice guy! Worked with my budget and it's gonna get me in a dual pump setup which is probly a better setup than pushing a single pump super far with a bap. Gonna be using a flex fuel filter and a boost referencing Aeromotive Regulator and starlite hose. Injectors are 205lb/hr @3 bar Bosch LPEFI injectors.. They are huge! I have ran these in a few 6.0L motors and had good luck with them. I also have a special additive that I run with the fuel to keep the injectors from gumming and keeps fuel from absorbing moisture. I recommend It or the Lucas additive, I've had a couple sets of injectors fail from corrosion this will help that issue. I plan on running e85 from the pump here local on the truck and will have a kill tune on strait E100 that I get directly from ethanol plant by the barrel.

Also gonna get a new set of adjustable Rancho shocks and weld a bar into frame rail and use a adjustable coil over shock mount for the rear and get the shocks setup better so I can hook this thing. I want to try to hook the truck before I do the compound setup.

I ordered a set of rancho adjustable shocks all the way around, also ordered a phenolic spacer between heads and blower from a place called fasterproms, I got the thick ones at 3/8" thick as well as a Mylar heat barrier for the valley they claim 30hp gains @ from the iat's being dropped alone, this will resolve two issues lower iat and mor me space for the actuator and radiator hose. (Currenty sitting on it, and more clearance for the snout). Kinda wild really I'm also going to be getting a 160 degree thermostat as well.
I got the dual fuel pump setup today as well and will be running a pair of walbro 267's and the second being on a hobs switch. I bought some fancy stuff so stay tuned for this install. squash went above and beyond for this setup.

It's the e85 version, body of a 400 and flows 450 because the pump connections are sealed.. So I'm told was a shut up and take my money moment
