Probably 550-600rwhp or so. Depends a lot on your fuel pump.

I'll be building a dual walbro 400 set up once the 255 is maxed out. Maybe I should be looking at the LU80 injectors. 100#/hr at 4 bar for $400 but they are 60mm. I would need to space the rail up 1/2". Anyone on here run them before?

80's it is then. My goal is 800rwhp with this set up one time on the dyno . I think I am going to give part# M-9593-LU80 a try. Should be almost 97#/hr @ 58psi and be able to easily handle my goals. I already have USCAR connections on my harness so should be a pretty basic swap except for spacing the fuel rails.

I got a bunch of parts today. I should have everything I need to get the turbo kit installed and running once it shows up. Just need injectors and I think that is it. I will roll with the walbro 255 for a bit and run low boost (<10psi) while I get used to tuning a turbo set up. Then all I should need is a meth kit and fuel pumps before running 20+ pounds through this little 4.8L. I can't wait for the turbo kit to get here

Got the two step installed today. It literally took less than 10 min to install and mount since I already had an unused momentary switch in the truck. Its pretty fun to use with open headers. I cut the exhaust out of the truck yesterday and stripped the A/C today. It sucks knowing I will never have A/C in the summers here but it has never functioned properly since I put a V8 in this truck. Could never figure out what was wrong. Anyways here is a vid of the 2 step and some pics without the A/C. So much room for activities without the accumulator and lines there.

That was a pretty cool 12 pages right there. I really like your gauge set up, looks killer. Nice work.

Whats custom about your trick kit? is it a different kit or just some custom pieces?

Thanks buddy! There will be plenty more I'm sure. I can never leave this truck alone

I had Rick build me a 4" downpipe because I didn't think the 3" would be enough for when I put my 408ci back in this truck. He also set me up with a 4" thick intercooler, wg vented to the downpipe, and IAT/wideband bungs.
