I have these exact wheels on my 03 Sierra with a 2/4 drop. They do fine until I put a load in it, but then fenders did rub the side of the tire a little when loaded. You could roll the fenders and be fine. I just ground my fender lips back a little bit, and it will tuck now with no issues.

Per the spicer driveshaft install manual, you want somewhere between 1 and 3 degrees. Like you said, never 0. It shouldn't matter which plane this angle is in. AFAIK.

As long as the pinion angle doesnt match the driveshaft angle (from a side view, not a plan view), this should be a non issue. The rear end is likely just not centered properly due to tolerances. It should be ok to center it up.

Got the rear finished today, I'm worn out

Added some protection to the brake line that goes over the notch

Rubbing the brake line on the bottom of the bed, but I have a stainless line to replace it and hopefully route it better

I moved the axle over as far as possible. I got them even at full droop of the axle, but once you put the weight on the axle, it kicks over 1/2"

Cleaned up the wheels before installing them

Then turned the truck around again to finish the last few items on my list before being able to drive it

Still settling

thanks, I'm not too sure on the drop, but the truck is lower than I want in the front right now. I'm shooting for 15.0" front height which is around 4.5" front drop. I try to keep the fender gap the same front to back

Got some of the small, final items done today, which are the hardest things on a project
Brass fitting that came with the kit vs the aeroquip pushlock fitting. Went with a 45 angle to -10AN and then a -10AN to 3/8npt so I could reuse the hole I already tapped

It was too hard to get to the bolts for the drain fitting, so I just left this one alone. It's a vertical fitting on a gravity drain, so I don't see that barb fitting ever leaking...

Added some locking nuts to my coilover mounts. They were leftover from my c-notch hardware

I bought some super expensive fire sleeve for the AC line, but it doesn't fit the curves of the line, so that was a waste of $80. Decided to just use DEI cool tape. Not too happy with the look, but it should keep the line from bursting

Also got both fender liners installed, tightened the clamp for the crossover where there was a small exhaust leak, added the safety washers for the heim tie rod ends, adjusted the ride height of the coilovers, cleaned the front wheels and torqued them down.
