Oh I completely understand man, lol trust me.
You could always get an AN to push loc fitting to go on what I have listed below.

Not the exact fitting you need, but you get the idea.

since the hose appears to be aeroquip AQP socketless hose, I got some pushlock fittings from them so I can utilize what is already there, but just use better fittings that don't leak

Finally tackled the three piece engine covers. Had to modify the drivers side to fit the 0ga power wire coming off the alternator

Just added a nice smooth opening using a dremel, looks like the factory openings

Got the rear disassmbled yesterday after work. Removed the spare tire and hitch. I noticed the drivers side front leaf bolt was already replaced with a shorter bolt, so I was able to easily drop both springs

Since both leafs are out, I went ahead and ordered some energy suspension poly bushings and brand new u-bolts. I'll do some cleanup and paint on the springs while they're out and also prep them for the traction bars but cutting overload and the front clamp

If you are using Caltracs they have a low profile kit for flipped trucks without the overload. Mine almost fit! Just a little fine tuning.... I am going to use my rear coilovers to fine tune ride height.

I've got VAS traction bars.

I was looking at the truck and trying to decide what the previous owner might have done to it. Check these out and let me know what you think it could be from?

Three marks on axle. I was thinking flip kit, but it would be two marks, right?

Are the parking brake brackets bolted on from the factory?

I prepped for my poly bushing install and pressed out the shackle bushings

I was going to do the leafe springs, but I was caught off guard by this. The rust had broken the head of the rivet off that holds the clamp tight. Should I use these leafs and just put one of those clamps people use to stop axle wrap on there for safety?

Got tired of having to dance around all this **** in my garage, so it's all going to the dump tomorrow

no man, the metal recycler. Around here we call it the scrap yard. It’s not much, but they will pay you for what you have.

yup. Maybe don’t advertise the fluid in it, but they’ll take it all!
