His blower is already at max rpm as it is setup with OD balancer and 3" blower pulley IIRC. So 250 shot it is.

Atomic, what hp are you expecting out of the blower without the spray?

Yea its max speed with the pullies i have. Long term I would like to do the 3.4 or 4.0 whipple but thats a lot of fab work to make work, lot of hacking the firewall and cowl to build an inlet.

This little blower should make around 650-700 or so just boost.

So whipple made the spacer based on what you told them or was this a deal they were aware of?

I gave them some dimensions and they had their machine shop make something. I bought a laser alignment tool a while ago and that came in handy to see how much it needed to move around.

So theoretically you could share said dimensions? haha

The wife actually said..."Why do the 2.3 if they make a 2.9 that will fit?"

I knew there was a reason I married her. Now if only I knew why she married me. Haha

Yea, I don't mind, just waiting to see if it actually works first. The real problem is whipple doesn't make an 8 rib pulley for the 2.3 for the Silverado. They make one for the lightning (which is the pulley I have), but it obviously it needs a different offset. I bought the pulley from New Era originally and they said they make a spacer to make it work, but clearly its not the right offset. Maybe im the only jackwagon to actually measure it first. I sent them an email a few weeks ago when I discovered the problem but haven't heard back.

I think they do make pullies in 8rib for the 2.9 that will work, since I think the Camaro is the same offset as the trucks.

Ill sell you my 2.3 once I get it working if you want

I have no idea what there is to do here. I have no life. I do work and then home. On top of that we are moving into an apartment that is at our business. So I should have my 100% hermit license soon.
