Yea...same pushrods...there ended up being about 0.010 more preload with these than I remember. I measured these to be 0.085ish preload, which is a pretty good bit....valvetrain should be quiet and I dont plan on reving super high so I dont think it will be an issue.

Also a couple things I forgot...had the turbo rebuilt and Reed used one of his 360 degree thrust bearings that are pretty cool, he also clipped the exhaust wheel and coned the nut....said it gave one of his 400" ford guys 90hp! Also moved the iat sensor to the back of the intake where I drilled and taped a hole for it. Also moved the fuel regulator to sit on the intake now. Feed now goes to the back of the passenger rail and back of drivers rail goes to reg instead of the other way around.

Well went for the test drive and didnt die! Only ran into minor issues which were easy to fix, now just needs turning!

Also, here is a pic of what I did to my intake, notice the IAT sensor at the back now

I did this to hope it would respond better than in the charge pipe before the TB...and from the break in log tonight and it does appear to work much better. IATs move around A LOT and actually shoot way up on decel, which makes sense since there is very little airflow. These metal intakes sure do get warm...mine was between 100-120 most of the time just cruising around and its about 80 degrees outside....and humid of course

Turbo is a Borg Warner s400 with the FMW 82mm compressor and 96mm turbine T6 1.39 AR housing built by Reed at Workturbochargers.

Im assuming you mean the tie rods...

I bought them used from a guy. I think they may be an old rough country or cognito set, but really its a bolt on deal except the tapered pin for the knuckle was wrong so I ended up drilling it out and using a 9/16" bolt with high angle misalignment spacers. Theres a shop on GMFS that sells a pretty good kit I think, FFR or something like that.

Now that i look at that picture closely, you should really use a mechanical locking nut on that tie rod.

Yea I switched them out after this picture for some lock nuts, and used a lock washer and loctite.
