Waiting on the head gaskets from cometic...he said early next week.

While its down I plan on cleaning up the wiring a lot, improve wiring to meth pump, and redo steam vent thing.

I had to take 2 days off work last week because of the weather here which gave me a ton of time to work on the truck. A ton of soldering and heat shrinking to extend the harness and hopefully hide it all. Should look much better.

Got my gaskets in and they look good!

Got both heads and all rockers installed. Turns out my pushrods from before are the perfect length. 0.070" preload on the intake side and 0.060" on the exhaust side.

Hopefully will be running in the next few days!

To sum up the changes since last time it ran: Incolnel exhaust valves, thicker headgaskets to lower compression half a point, and upgraded meth pump wiring and tweaked settings for 60% more meth at full blast. Plan is to max out this little turbo!

Turbo is a BW S400 82mm compression, 96mm turbine, 5" dp, 1.32 housing I think. Runs roughly 20-22 psi right now. Maxed out is only about 25-26psi and ~1200rwhp

The only thing powdercoated is the compressor cover and coolant tank. Everything else is either high-temp bbq grille flat black (the heads) or generic 99 cent home depot flat black. Looks really good in person honestly.

You may notice the new custom battery paint job haha

Also interesting to note is the factory ground cable is a perfect fit for the starter as a power wire with the battery in the secondary spot on the passenger side.

You should paint the compressor wheel black.

If its moving slow enough to see it isnt doing its job!

No more upgrading the turbo on this setup. 1200rwhp is plenty in this truck. I do however have those up and forward headers I may make a new hot side with to try my fab skills.

I have other projects in mind I want to get in to. Been a couple localish guys shown interest in buying my truck as it is.
