This turbo will probably be maxed out around 26-27psi and cant go above 30 without changing the pcm to something aftermarket so that works out well.

MPFab, the same guy that does most of my welding.

Normally it would never break, its just when your pressurize the coolant system with a combustion chamber against a big area like the size of the tank its going to do some damage. Its actually a good thing it ruptured instead of that energy staying in the chamber, but I digress. Give Walker a call and say you want a tank like Richard's. Dont be suprised if he laughs.

Looks good! Those head studs cost more than I would pay for a running 6.0. lol

I got a pretty good deal on them, and I can reuse my old ones on a different engine saving me the cost of a second set so it works out ok.

I am not familiar with the difference in the studs.

Do they have a larger shank? I see they use a beefier nut on them.

I'll probably give him a call at the beginning of the year. might have to pick me up a downpipe or intercooler from them for my sonic at the same time .
I didn't realize i've already seen there work because of the sonic stuff they offer.

They are a better material. Foose posted some good info on them a while ago https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...-625-a-498012/

I bought the larger nuts separately under the recommendation of Brian at lme.

I got it back together last night and filled it with oil and coolant. I came out this morning and all the coolant was on the floor, so it looks like the radiator is busted. Glad I let it sit instead of messing with it as soon as I finished.
