Well replaced all of bank 2 coils and coil harness and it may have helped a little bit but still doing it some. Also disconnected the 2 step to try and eliminate that. Truck did behave well enough to make a couple good passes though

You are about 1 or two gauges off of having to do a pre-flight check before take-off! 😆

Seems to moving on out though!

Haha a few of those arent even hooked up, just there from one time or another. Saturday was the most fun I had a track in a while, nothing broke and truck ran decently. Didnt touch the tune at all, didnt touch the boost controller, didnt touch the tires, saw a bunch of people I haven't seen in a while, people seemed interested in the truck. Was pretty cool. I was set on taking the blower off at the end of the season and pushing the turbos on a new engine setup, but seeing how popular it is makes me kind of want to do a 2650 compound setup.

What is the latest with this truck? I think on IG I saw you went back to just the turbos?

Yep, got tired of being frustrated with it so I took the blower off and sold it to the guy I have helping me part time with AFP. He really enjoys it so glad it went to a good home. Made some changes over the winter to hopefully blow up this ~8 year old engine this year.
  • Got a new set of injectors, same size, but maybe my old ones had something to do with my mystery misfire
  • new plug wires from firecore, maybe some of the ones I made were bad
  • new coilpacks and harness
  • holley hi ram intake
  • finally putting my nice viking crusader coilovers on ive had sitting on the shelf. Been rocking the worn out QA1s since 2011 even though I make the damn kits lol
  • replace window regulators so maybe they roll up nice now
  • gonna make my ladder rack out of aluminum instead of the steel to maybe save some weight (yea I know its dumb)
  • I have a data acquistion box Jake made me that I plan to use to monitor water/air temps and pressures from the intercoolers since im still on a stock ECU

I have another truck waiting for me to get it that will be a compound setup eventually. I havent said anything anywhere about it yet. GMT900 work truck...LONG BED because why the hell not, 4wd of course, gonna be a bad bitch

I just put firecore wires on my wife's C6. They are very nice, much nicer than the MSD wires I put on my truck.

And I'm glad the ladder rack stays
