I know a small shop here in oregon. Shipping would suck though. What are the overall max dimensions and I'll see if it fits on their CNC. They helped me make some parts for my swap and adapter so I could use an oil cooler in my MS project temp chamber lol.

It fit in a USPS "game board" box, roughly 10" by 22".

Just google it, there are tons of machine shops with 3 axis CNC machines.

Most of them now allow you to just upload your drawing and they'll e-mail you back with cost and lead time.

CNC Machining Company - John Prosock Machine, Inc. I've personally used these guys and would recommend them

Yea I tried that but didn't get anything immediately useful or relevant to 1 off type of projects. I will look into them, thanks.

Man it would be cool to have a plate and spray bars like that on the S10. Looks good!

So I got solidworks on my computer at work and it has the simulation add-in installed, so of course I have to mess around with it. I loaded up my spacer and put a 30psi pressure load on the interior. I attached a picture of the displacement amplified 20,000 times.
