Got it working! Turns out it was the PS pump not being back far enough. Took the whole thing off, hit it with heat to get rid of that locking compound and pulled it off. I figured out a good way to hold the pulley still while I am pressing the pulley on. The new grade 8 bolt worked great.

Too bad I didnt think to do that sooner, freed up a hand to concentrate on tightening the installer.

I orginally had my PS pulley too far in. I had to pull it out.

Yea, sounds good, except for the TB screaming as usual!

Tomorrow I should have my spacers, so I get to start messing with the HD tensioner! Just when I got everything working!
