well I went out to a car meet last night. The truck got ALOT of interest. Especially when I started it up. While cruising around the steering started to get really hard and had some electrical issues. I thought it might be the belt was too tight. Went out this morning to put on a little longer belt and I notice that my efan harness had completely wrapped around the steering shaft. Now I have to make a new harness. and I suck at electrical stuff. One of my buddies made the one that was in there but hes overseas. lol

Also, how much should you be able to move the tensioner? I can move it about 1/4" and the belt barely comes off. I have a 113 5/8" belt in the cab.

the belt sounds a little tight, it should be somewhere at 1/2 to 3/4 of the tensioner travel

Ok, removed all the old efan wiring, rewired the switch inside to control one fan so I have a fan now, got the belt on. I now have power steering again. Lol. And yes, its still the stock tensioner. Going to pick up a hd one soon

the spacer only fits on the bottom and is too big to fit in the fuel rail.

I believe so. They are the stock injectors from my 01 c3. That's why I need the spacers

Yea. They are a big pita is what they are. Lol. Why can't they make one type of injector to make it easier on everyone.
