I have no Denali but I have a crew cab z71 that I just dropped a lq9 into. It has a 219/230 .607/.604 117 TR cam with dual valve springs and hardened pushrods. I also just invested in a performabuilt stage II 60E with a 3200 circle d converter...the reason I say this is cuz I was going FI until I needed a tranny and slept on it a bit then decided to just run a timing interface and spray 175 or 200 shot. I'm very curious to see what I run but think I will be impressed until something breaks!

Yeah that's my big question right now is traction! Im on 22s 10 inches wide but definitely need to figure something out. I was thinking traction bars, shortening the axle with a wider wheel...really that's all I got for ideas...but I'm just going to invest in some slicks for the track...if I even go that often!

With a Z-71 traction won't be as much of a concern with a 4x4 launch. With spray I dunno though...
Have you taken it to the track yet? I'm curious what you'd run right now NA. How does the 3200 stall feel behind that cam?

No track time yet...but that stall feels great! I ran it against a stock 6.0 2wd ecsb with 3:73 posi and I launched in 4HI and we left the same and he pulled a fender on me and we stayed there the whole time! Matter fact after the second race he finally sprayed to pull away...lol! If it accounts for anything he runs low 13's N/A. He says he weighs 5080 and I weighed in at 5485 in a z71 crew cab. I didn't think it was to bad! Oh he was also running 17" wheels with slicks and I was on my 22s! What ya think? Sorry btw Andy for putting this on your thread, ima copy it over to mine!

Just ordered the input adaptor from ead performance to mate the NVG 149 AWD transfer case to the 4L80E trans. I dont want to worry about my trans blowing up on me when I add boost.
