So I just sold my rifle. I will finish paying off the Procharger by Friday. If I get it here in time I plan on installing the weekend of the 21st. About how long does it take to install the procharger if I take my time.

Half a day. It's pretty strait forward, the pipe routing is probably the most time consuming part.

Is there any somewhat straightforward way to mount a D1 to utilize the factory airbox? I like the Prochargers but I don't like the idea of an open element.

you would have to run some crazy piping to the airbox. idaho posted it at 1 time.
i would just run a sock over the k&N to prevent sand from entering

And I believe he lost about 2 psi with that setup.
