Regarding the plug, no luck in getting it. Havent heard from the guy, but kbracing gave me the name of someone else that may have it.
stock 317 have a 72cc chamber, WCCH heads have a 74cc chamber do to the porting. Milling .025 will take about 4cc off and make it a 70cc chamber. Or I could take .01 to get it back to the 72cc chamber.

You're LQ4, right? With 74 cc chambers the compression will probably be 9.2 or so (guesstimate based on 9.4:1 stock w/72 cc)

I would call Richard and ask him, he would know best whether sacrificing air flow for a slight bump in compression would be worthwhile.

yes, its a LQ4. wouldnt any bump in compression help. could do .030 for a bit more but thats the most That I'd be willing to go. Would get a set of 243s if I wanted more.

Something else to consider is once you mill you're compromising the integrity of the head, which doesn't matter on an N/A setup, but with the procharger you're planning on it may be important. Again, I'd just call Richard. He will know better than anything you can read on here.

Milling .025" off a virtually solid block of aluminum is going to have negligible, if any, affect on the structural integrity. Most modern cars are made of 22 ga sheet metal, which is .0299" to put it in perspective.

so need a new cam
Option 1: EPP Blower Cam 232/240 .595/.608 115LSA
Option 2: Comp Ls-R 227/235 .614/.621 113LSA
Option 3: Custom Grind

I cant seem to find option 1 online. Leaning toward option 2. option 3 will delay my cam swap. What do yall think?
