Yea, I saw his when I was searching about cxracing intercoolers. I was looking at my logs and I think I might be getting some belt slip above 6400 rpm. I may try and swap my 3.7" pulley on and do some test runs and see what it does.

Why not get a shorter belt?

I already have the pulley and its only a 5 min swap. I would have to wait for a new belt to be shipped

The starter power wire was touching the starter and it got alittle hot and melted the case and the wire touched the starter and grounded it. Took out the starter and the optima yellow top. The optima was still under warranty so I got that replaced for free. I picked up a starter for a 2500. So it has a better gear ratio to help start the truck with the 80e. And. Picked up a duralast gold battery to install in the second battery location. Can I just run from the battery positive to the junction block, alt to the second battery, and battery neg to frame?

Just set it up like the factory did, just keep in mind longer wire distance needs a larger gauge. I don't know why you're having so many problems with a battery relocate lol. When I moved mine, it was like nothing changed at all.

Got the new starter and second battery installed. I wired the starter to the second battery. It starts much easier now. Will give it a few days and see how it does.

I also ordered the CXracing 31x12x3 intercooler. should be a huge improvement over my current one. I may also order a bigger meth nozzle. my current one is 12.4 gph or 800cc. the next step up is a 14 gph
