Oh yea the trans dapt plates are for the motor mounts. The motor mounts push the assembly 1 inch back? Im guessing so that you can re-use the stock driveshaft?

Yes, although, I bought a longer yoke (I've seen both longer and shorter yokes) an gad to cut about 3/8" off the end to make it fit good and have plenty of travel.

Looks good. I see you notched the core support to get the pipes to tuck closer. Good idea. Is the sway bar on the truck in this pic? Looks like you'll have good ground clearance when you get it on the ground.

Nope, I'm not using sway bar lol, I was digging through some of my older pictures and found this one, kinda shows the brackets.
